Thomas P. McGraw is the CEO of Marsh & McLennan Agency | Michigan. Tom has extensive experience in the design, administration and funding of group benefit programs for mid-sized public and private organizations. Focusing on health care reform and health care cost containment, he has been a featured speaker for many professional associations.

In 1997, Tom co-founded McGraw Wentworth to meet the unique needs of Michigan’s mid-size organizations. In ninteen short years, the firm has grown from three employees and no clients, to an award-winning workplace with over 90 employees and over 220 clients. In December 2012, McGraw Wentworth was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. As CEO, Tom continues to provide direction and guidance for the locally-based firm which now has the added knowledge and expertise of a global consultant.

William D. Wentworth is the vice president of Marketing & Sales for Marsh & McLennan Agency | Michigan. With a wide range of experience and expertise in strategic planning and the design, administration and funding of group benefit programs for mid-sized public and private organizations, Bill is widely regarded as an innovator in the area of group benefit planning.

In 1997, Bill co-founded McGraw Wentworth to serve the unique group benefit needs of Michigan’s mid-size organizations. In nineteen short years, MMA Michigan grew from three employees and no clients, to an award-winning firm with over 90 employee and over 220 clients. MMA Michigan was acquired in December 2012 by Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. As vice president, Bill continues to oversee the strategic growth and development of the locally-focused firm which now has the added expertise and resources of a global consultant.

Becky is the vice president of Health & Benefits for Marsh & McLennan Agency | Michigan. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the employee benefits field, particularly in the development, analysis, evaluation and implementation of group benefit programs for mid-sized public and private organizations. Becky has significant expertise in the areas of health plan design and funding, managed care, wellness, financial analysis and consumer driven health plan strategies.

As an Account Director, Becky provides strategic direction for a number of clients, including financial service organizations, retailers, law firms, contract staffing, and manufacturers. Named Vice President in 2014, Becky helps maintain our standard of excellence in service and thought leadership, leading professional development initiatives for our Account Director team, and ensuring the awareness and use of best practices. This includes involvement with key national and regional initiatives of Marsh & McLennan Agency.

Patty Lusk Manager, Client Services

Patty has more than twenty-five years of experience in the welfare plan industry. One of the company’s first employees, Patty joined McGraw Wentworth in 1997. Patty has a broad and in-depth knowledge of all group benefit arrangements. She also has expertise in the wide range of compliance and regulatory issues affecting welfare benefit plans such as PPACA, ERISA, COBRA, ARRA, and the varied aspects of HIPAA.

Named Manager of Client Services because of her exceptional practice standards, Patty guides a growing team of Account Managers in fulfilling the MMA Michigan service commitment. She regularly assesses the workload of each team member, reviews the skill sets of each individual, helps establish the annual training schedule to address any gaps or prepare for new industry developments, and brings in subject matter experts as appropriate.
